By registering for any course or program offered by Balance Life Academy, you enter into a binding agreement with our organization. This agreement encompasses all services, materials, and communications provided through our platform.

Your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms, including any modifications we may implement. We reserve the right to update these conditions to reflect changes in our service offerings or legal requirements.

If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately and contact our support team regarding refund eligibility.

Enrollment in our courses requires completion of the registration process and payment of applicable fees. Access to course materials is granted upon confirmation of payment and remains active for the duration specified in your course description.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Sharing of login credentials or course materials with unauthorized individuals constitutes a violation of these terms.

Course access periods vary by program. Digital materials remain available for the specified duration, typically ranging from six months to lifetime access, as indicated at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors when necessary. Substantial changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered address.

All course fees are listed in Canadian dollars and must be paid in full prior to access being granted, unless a payment plan has been explicitly arranged and documented through our administrative team.

Payment plans, when available, require adherence to the agreed schedule. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of course access until the account is brought current.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, enrolled students will not be affected by price increases during their active enrollment period.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. Transaction fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed prior to payment confirmation.

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen days of purchase and before accessing more than twenty percent of course materials. Refunds are processed within fifteen business days of approval.

Courses accessed beyond the specified threshold or outside the refund window are considered final sales. Exceptions may be granted in cases of documented medical emergencies or technical issues preventing course access.

Promotional pricing, bundle purchases, and discounted enrollments may have modified refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels at [email protected] with your order number and detailed reason for the request.

All course content, including videos, written materials, worksheets, audio recordings, and proprietary methodologies, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Balance Life Academy and its content creators.

Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without explicit written authorization.

Recording, screenshotting, or capturing course content through any means for redistribution constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Testimonials, feedback, or content you submit may be used for marketing purposes. By submitting such content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and display this material.

Participation in community forums, group sessions, or interactive components requires adherence to respectful communication standards. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward instructors or fellow students will not be tolerated.

You agree to engage authentically and refrain from spamming, promoting external services, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the learning environment.

We reserve the right to remove users who violate community guidelines without refund or prior warning, particularly in cases of severe misconduct or repeated violations after warning.

Confidentiality of information shared by other participants in group settings must be maintained. Disclosure of personal information shared by others constitutes a serious breach of trust and these terms.

Our courses provide educational content focused on emotional balance and personal development. This content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, psychological counseling, or psychiatric treatment.

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, crisis situations, or medical conditions, you should consult qualified healthcare professionals. Our instructors are not licensed therapists unless explicitly stated in their credentials.

Results from our programs vary significantly based on individual circumstances, commitment, and application of principles taught. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or transformations.

While we strive for accuracy, course content reflects the knowledge and perspectives of instructors at the time of creation. Information should not be considered definitive or applicable to all situations.

Technical issues, including platform downtime or access difficulties, may occasionally occur. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control, though we will work diligently to resolve issues promptly.

Balance Life Academy, its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our maximum liability to you for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course or program in question.

You acknowledge that participation in personal development programs involves inherent emotional and psychological processes. You assume responsibility for your own well-being and any decisions made based on course content.

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your application or misapplication of course teachings, nor for actions taken by third parties based on information you share from our courses.

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Canadian privacy legislation and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We collect information necessary for course delivery, including name, email address, payment information, and course progress data. This information is used solely for service provision and communication regarding your enrollment.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to courses immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, our business interests, or third parties.

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be provided, and you will lose access to all course materials and community features immediately.

You may terminate your enrollment by ceasing to access course materials. However, payment obligations for courses already purchased remain in effect, subject to our refund policy.

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, with the updated effective date clearly displayed.

Material changes will be communicated to active users via email notification to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you do not agree to modified terms, you must discontinue use of our services. Refund eligibility for courses affected by material changes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
